On 14 October 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, participated in the High-Level Event marking the 5th anniversary of the One Country One Priority Product (OCOP) Initiative, held as part of World Food Forum 2026 at the headquarters of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Rome, Italy.
During the event, the Director shared insights on “Research, Education and Extension Services” in his capacity as Vice-Chair of the OCOP Regional Organizing Group for Asia and the Pacific. His participation aimed to foster collaboration and support the development of distinctive agricultural products, as well as sustainable agrifood systems.
