This simple-to-use software was developed to help support non-specialist staff plan their own nutritious school lunch menus to meet the requirements of each school age group, as well as the available budget. For each set menu, the quantity of all macro- and micronutrients are presented in a scoring system showing how they meet each age group’s nutritional goals.
The database covers a variety of common Thai school lunch recipes as well as the recommended proportion of ingredients for each recipe. The user can plan the school’s meals, choosing any recipe from the database, and can then accept or change the menu depending on the total nutrient score.
The program can calculate and export the required total ingredients and the cost of each individual meal based on the number of consumers.

    This software was developed to measure nutrient values when creating an original recipe. The nutritional values of a recipe are calculated from its ingredients, based on the INMUCAL-Nutrients Thai food composition database.
The macro- and micronutrient values of each recipe are presented in scientific units and using a scoring system corresponding to the nutritional goals of the selected target group.
