On August 18, 2026, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suwapat Kittibunchakul, Deputy Director of the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU), warmly welcomed a delegation from the Division of Clinical Nutrition, Department of Medicine, Phramongkutklao Hospital. The study visit took place at the Aree Valyasevi Meeting Room, Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University , Salaya, focusing on advanced energy expenditure and body composition assessment tools.
During the visit, delegates received an overview of INMU’s core mission and engaged in an active knowledge-sharing session on clinical nutrition assessment. The program featured hands-on demonstrations and guided tours of state-of-the-art technologies, including Indirect Calorimetry, Bod Pod, DXA Scan, and Underwater Weighing.
This collaborative event served as a valuable platform for staff from both institutes to exchange expertise and practical experience, ultimately strengthening academic partnerships and paving the way for improved nutritional care in clinical practice.
