The Institute of Nutrition organized an “Internal Audit Workshop” aimed at upgrading the standards of internal auditors according to the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 system.

               On July 24, 2016, the Institute of Nutrition held an “Internal Audit Workshop” for internal auditors of various departments, in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 system. The workshop aimed to develop skills, enhance in-depth knowledge, and prepare for effective quality audits. Associate Professor Dr. Rungtiwa Wongkornsap, Assistant Director for Academic Services and Laboratory Standards, presided over the opening ceremony at the Ari Walayasevi Meeting Room.

               The training covered both theoretical and practical aspects, totaling 5 key topics:
                    • Internal Audit Principles: Reviewing the principles and guidelines for auditing according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
                    • Hands-on Workshop: Practical training in using and recording data on audit forms.
                    • Deep Dive Requirements: In-depth analysis of frequently encountered requirements. • Analyze and identify targeted solutions.
                    • Auditor Harmonization Exercise: An activity to establish standards and a shared understanding among the audit team.
                    • Role-play Simulation: Simulating a real audit situation to practice problem-solving skills.

               The Institute of Nutrition hopes that this training will strengthen the quality management system and continuously elevate the operational standards of the organization to the highest level of efficiency.
