July 17, 2026 – The Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU), led by Mr. Thanapon Phopeut, Assistant Director for Physical and Environmental Affairs, participated in the Mahidol University Smoke-Free Campus Online Visit 2026 via an online platform. The visit provided an opportunity for the Institute to present its achievements and ongoing initiatives in accordance with the Smoke-Free Higher Education Institution Development Standards.
The online visit was led by Assistant Professor Ittichote Chuckpaiwong, Vice President for Infrastructure and Environment and the Acting Director of the Center for Occupational Safety, Health and Workplace Environment Management, Mahidol University (MU), who serves as Chair of the Mahidol University Smoke-Free Campus Development Committee, together with Associate Professor Dr. Pongsri Srimoragot, Advisor to the Committee. They were joined by members of the expert committee in reviewing the Institute’s performance and providing recommendations to further strengthen Mahidol University’s efforts toward becoming a smoke-free campus.
