July 20, 2026 – The Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU), led by Mr. Thanapon Phopeut, Assistant Director for Physical and Environmental Affairs, and Dr. Paiwan Buachan, Chair of the Committee on Aesthetics and Cultural Communication, together with faculty members, staff, and students, participated in the 2026 Buddhist Lent Candle Offering Ceremony at Wat Puranawat, Thawi Watthana District, Bangkok.
The INMU delegation offered Buddhist Lent candles and traditional requisites to the temple in observance of Buddhist Lent. The activity reflected the Institute’s commitment to preserving Thailand’s cultural traditions, promoting Buddhism, and fostering unity among its community
