July 2, 2026 Mahidol University, represented by the Institute of Nutrition (INMU), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU) under the project “Research and Development of Formulas, Recipes, and Products to Promote Good Nutrition and Health.” The collaboration aims to combine the expertise and innovation of both institutions to develop health and nutrition products that promote public well-being. The signing ceremony was held at the Aree Valyasevi Meeting Room, Mahidol University, Salaya .
The MOU was signed by Associate Professor Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, and Napasorn Sapfuengfu, Director of the Office of Asset and Revenue, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, with Dr. P Pradtana Tapanee Deputy Director for Academic Administration and Development from INMU and Assistant Professor Jutamas Moolwong, Deputy Director for Business and Product Development from SSRU serving as witnesses. Following the ceremony, both parties discussed future research collaboration and the development of food formulations and health products to translate research into practical applications and promote sustainable health and nutrition for Thai people.
