The Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU), showcased its research excellence and academic services at the 1st Thailand Scientific Equipment Network (TSEN) Conference, held during 25-26 May 2026, at Prince Mahidol Hall, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
The institute’s exhibition featured the Center for Innovation and Reference on Food for Nutrition (CIRFON), specialized analysis and training services, and the Demonstration Kitchen for healthy product development. These initiatives, along with various research prototypes, drew significant interest from attendees. The conference serves as a vital platform for nationwide collaboration among scientific equipment centers, leveraging technology and innovation to drive Thailand’s sustainable development.
