The Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, held a special workshop celebrating its 50th anniversary under the theme “Local Food & Sustainable Innovation”.

               On April 22, 2026, the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, held a special workshop celebrating its 50th anniversary under the theme “Local Food & Sustainable Innovation.”

               The event was packed with interesting knowledge and experiences, including:
                         🥗 Sustainable & Healthy Diet Concepts
                         🌱 Local Herbs & Bioactive Compounds
                         🍽️ Local Ingredients & Food Innovation

               Along with a special activity:
                         🍌 Special Cooking Class: Banana Tree Zero-Waste Cooking.
                               Participants learned how to use bananas efficiently and create dishes with minimal waste.

               Participants learned from expert instructors,
opening up new perspectives on selecting local ingredients, leading to the design of healthy, environmentally friendly menus and the development of sustainable food innovations 🌏💚
