On October 21, 2026, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Warangkana Srichamnong, Deputy Director for Collaboration Network welcomed Dr. Mari Yamamoto from NARO, Mr. Kazuya Katada and Mr. Shohei Tamada from Shimadzu, alongside representatives from BARA, at the Aree Valyasevi Meeting Room.
The meeting focused on Functional Food Claims, featuring an update on Japan’s nutrition database presented by Dr. Mari Yamamoto. Both parties exchanged information on nutrient analysis equipment at the PTFI Center of Excellence and toured the facilities at Mahidol University’s Central Instrument Center.
This collaboration presents a key opportunity for INMU to enhance research capabilities and advance staff expertise in nutritional analysis technology toward global food innovation.
