On August 6, 2026, the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU) hosted a Mother’s Day event themed “True Love Begins with Mindful Meals” at the Aree Valyasevi Meeting Room.The event brought staff together to celebrate family and Thai culture through two key activities: a family photo contest highlighting warm household moments, and a traditional garland-weaving workshop to honor mothers.
Beyond the celebrations, the initiative underscored INMU’s core belief that good health starts with meals prepared with care, helping strengthen relationships both within the workplace and the broader community.
