On March 6, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU), along with researcher and staff, welcomed Dr. Roy Steiner, Senior Vice President for the Food Initiative at The Rockefeller Foundation, and his delegation.
The group visited Wat Mai Sukhontharam (Pin Rattana Rat) School in Nakhon Pathom to observe school lunch management. The visit focused on exchanging knowledge and sharing direct experience in preparing high-quality, nutritious meals that meet the specific developmental needs of Thai children.
