On December 25, 2025, the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU), participated in the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at promoting education and research for individuals with special needs. The ceremony was honored by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of INMU, and was held at Mashares Co-Working Space @MB.
The MOU signifies a collaborative partnership between Mahidol University, represented by Professor Piyamitr Sritara, M.D., President of Mahidol University, and Sunbeam Hope Co., Ltd., represented by Ms. Chanapun Juangroongruangkit, Director of the company. This partnership aims to advance academic knowledge, research initiatives, and practical approaches to improving care and support for individuals with special needs.
Under this collaboration, INMU will play a significant role in promoting nutrition and well-being through research and food innovation tailored to individual needs. The initiative seeks to enhance quality of life and sustainably strengthen the potential of individuals with special needs through evidence-based nutritional solutions.
