Associate Professor Dr. Chalat Santivarangkana, Director, together with Associate Professor Dr. Warangkana Srichamnong, Head of the One Country One Priority Product (OCOP) Project, and faculty members, were invited by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) to participate in the “International Policy Dialogue and Knowledge Sharing of Successful OCOP Models for Resilient and Sustainable Agrifood Systems Transformation.” On this occasion, the Director was honored to serve as a speaker on the topic “OCOP: Leveraging Science and Innovation for OCOP Development for Better Nutrition.” In addition, the Institute of Nutrition organized an exhibition to showcase products developed under the OCOP project. The event was held from 14 to 17 July 2025 at the Pullman Hanoi Hotel, Vietnam.
