On May 20, 2025, the Institute of Nutrition, Associate Professor Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of the Institute, Mahidol University together with Associate Professor Dr. Pattanee Winichagoon, Advisor to the Institute, and faculty members, warmly welcomed Dr. Alexia J. Alford, Nutrition Specialist from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), during her visit to the Institute, at Meeting Room 3.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss potential areas of future collaboration, including nutrition research, capacity building, and academic support. Dr. Alford also had the opportunity to tour the Institute’s facilities and observe various ongoing activities, gaining insights into Thailand’s approaches to nutrition-related work.
