On June 19,2024 the institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University welcomed Student Exchange Trip from TECHNOLOGICAL AND HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTE OF HONG KONG (THEI) for Innovative functional food development by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Warangkana Srichamnong,Deputy Director for Collaboration Networks and Academic Services to enhance students’ understanding of developing functional foods and Thai food industry via a lecture with lab demonstration of innovative food product – Jelly ball and Protein foam.
