Associate Professor Dr. Prapasri Puwastien, Advisor of Institute of Nutrition, received the Howard Bradbury Award 2023 at the Asia Pacific Food Analysis Network (APFAN) 2023 conference for her dedication and leadership of the development of regional food composition analysis to improve nutritional data quality provide an exemplary role model for younger food scientists within the Asia Pacific region.
The theme’s APFAN 2023 is “International Workshop on Laboratory Quality Standards towards Global Competitiveness” during May 23-25, 2023 at Alabang, Philippines.
