On August 16, 2023, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, M.D., President of Mahidol University presided over the opening ceremony of the INNOVATION FOR SUSTAINABILTY, an industrial entrepreneurs seminar on the topic “Mahidol University and Sustainability under the BCG Model: Agriculture and Food Sector” at the Grand Ballroom, Prince Mahidol Hall, Salaya. In this regard, Asst.Prof. Dr.Thunnalin Winuprasith, Deputy Director of Research and Innovation, Institute of nutrition, Mahidol University participated in lecture and discussions on “Directions of the Institute of Nutrition and Functional Food” In this event, Institute of Nutrition also organized an exhibition booth to showcase various researches.
