         On September 20, 2023, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, attended the opening ceremony of the Asian food ingredient technology and innovation exhibition “Food Ingredients Asia 2023” as the Institute of Nutrition is one of the organizations supporting the said event, which Fi Asia 2023 was Held from 20 – 22 September 2023 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) to push local ingredients, add value, into world-class mass ingredients to meet the hot food trend like “Future Food”.
