On 25 November 2025, Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU), welcomed the MU–KMUTT Biomedical Engineering & Biomaterials Consortium from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi at the Aree Valyasevi Meeting Room. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of INMU, presented the Institute’s research and academic initiatives and explored potential collaborations in food and nutrition innovation.
The delegation also toured INMU’s key facilities, including the PTFI Center of Excellence, Demonstration Kitchen for Nutrition, and Pilot Plant for Nutritional Food Production, learning about the Institute’s capabilities and opportunities for future joint projects. The visit strengthened ties and paved the way for ongoing collaboration in research, innovation, and educational initiatives.
