On 17 November 2025, Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, led by Dr. Thanit Vinitchagoon, Lecturer and Secretary of the Master of Science Program in Nutrition and Dietetics, welcomed Dr. Truong Thanh Nam, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy (CTUMP), Vietnam, during his visit to the institute.
The purpose of the visit was to explore potential collaborations in academic activities, research, curriculum development, and faculty and student exchange programs. Dr. Nam also toured the institute’s key facilities, including INMU’s Demonstration Kitchen for Nutrition and the Clinical Trial Research and Service Unit for Food Products, which play an essential role in supporting both teaching and research at the institute.
