INMU and Thai Dietetic Association Sign MOU to Promote the Use of INMUCAL for Health and Clinical Meal Development

               On 20 October 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU), and Col. Dr. Korrakot Weratean, President of the Thai Dietetic Association (TDA), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen cooperation in developing hospital and healthy meal recipes through the use of INMUCAL, a nutritional analysis program developed by INMU.
               The collaboration aims to advance academic exchange, support the application of nutrition tools in improving diet formulation for patients and communities, and promote sustainable public health.
               During the visit, TDA representatives also toured INMU’s Demonstration Kitchen for Nutrition and the Periodic Table of Food Initiative Asia Center of Excellence (PTFI).
