Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU) showcased its research and innovations in medical and functional foods at AGRINEXT Thailand 2025 (Sept 25–28, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani) under the RAINS for Medical & Functional Food Valley initiative.
Led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, the exhibition featured work from Mahidol University and partner researchers, highlighting practical nutrition solutions for health and wellness. The event drew great interest from entrepreneurs, students, and the public, demonstrating the impact and potential of applied nutrition research.
