On September 24, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, together with institute staff, participated in a wreath-laying ceremony to honor the Royal Prince Father, H.R.H. Prince Mahidol of Songkla, at his memorial statue. The ceremony took place at the Mahidol Learning Center, Salaya Campus, in observance of Mahidol Day 2025.
