On September 8, 2025, Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, warmly welcomed faculty members and students from the Department of Nutrition and Food Innovation, Christian University of Thailand.
The visit, part of an educational tour on food analysis and laboratory safety, gave participants the opportunity to observe hands-on demonstrations at the Food Chemistry Unit. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aikkarach Kettawan personally greeted the group and shared his expertise, offering valuable perspectives on current practices in the field.
