Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU) is delighted to celebrate Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kunchit Judprasong’s achievement in receiving the Greenfield Southgate Lecture Award 2025.
This honor highlights his outstanding and long-term contributions to developing food composition databases, which play a vital role in driving nutrition research and its real-world applications worldwide. The award was presented during the 14th International Food Data Conference (IFDC) at the FAO headquarters in Rome, Italy, on September 1, 2025.
