Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, together with the institute’s executives and faculty members, had the pleasure of welcoming delegates from the International Institute for Halal Research & Training (INHART), International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
The benchmarking visit took place on 22 August 2025 at Aree Valyasevi Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Institute of Nutrition, focusing on production processes, quality control measures, and sustainability practices in Thailand, supported by the institute’s research expertise.
The session also included a guided tour of the institute’s facilities, including the Pilot Plant and Laboratories, aiming to foster academic collaboration and knowledge exchange in the field of nutrition and food science.
