On 14 August 2025, the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University welcomed the SPACE-F Batch#6 delegation at the Aree Valyasevi Meeting Room, 2nd Floor. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director, and Dr. Pradtana Tapanee, Deputy Director for Academic Administration and Development, warmly welcomed and presented the Institute’s academic services in food and nutrition. These services include food analysis, consultation on food registration and health claims, research to support the development of future foods and special-purpose foods and training services.
The event, included an exchange of opinions and Q&A sessions, as well as visits to key facilities within the institute, including the PTFI (Periodic Table of Food Initiative Asia Center of Excellence), a demonstration kitchen, and pilot plant, creating opportunities for mutual learning and knowledge exchange.
