           Associate Professor Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of the Institute of Nutrition presided over the workshop on “Increasing Work Efficiency with the Lean System” with speaker; Dr.Sichon Luerithiphong, Director of the Center for Value Driven Care, and the team from Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. The workshop aimed to enhance knowledge and skills in various fields that are necessary for work, learn the concept of efficiency managing work processes ,and participated in workshops to evaluate, analyze, differentiate, and define work processes in oder to reduce waste and increase work efficiency on 17-18 May 2024 at Aree Valayasevi meeting room and Ban Suan Bang Toei Riverside Hotel meeting room.
