Associate Professor Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of the Institute of Nutrition, and Assoc. Prof. Dr.Viriya Taecharungroj, Director of the Institute for Technology and Innovation Management, welcomed representatives from Innovate360, along with delegates from Agri-Food Startups based in South Korea and Singapore, during their visit to explore the research and development facilities at the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University on 7 August 2025.
The purpose of this visit was to observe and learn about the Institute’s research, development, and innovation infrastructure. The delegation had the opportunity to explore various facilities supporting research in the fields of nutrition and food science, including analytical laboratories, food product development units, and scientific support systems. The visit aimed to foster mutual understanding and explore possibilities for future collaboration between the Institute and international startup communities.
