On June 24, 2025, Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU) officially launched the “Healthy Vegetables and Fruits at Work” initiative to encourage employees to embrace healthier eating habits. The opening ceremony was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of the Institute, who also chaired a forum sharing inspiring insights about the “Farm to Table” concept, tracing the journey of fresh vegetables and fruits from local farms directly to consumers.
As part of this pilot project, employees will receive fresh, free vegetables and fruits every Tuesday and Thursday at the workplace. The initiative aims to promote a culture of healthy eating and support the well-being of all staff.
