On June 17, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Vice President for International Relations and University Council Affairs at Mahidol University, welcomed a delegation of executives from University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland. The UCD delegation included Prof. Dolores O’Riordan, Vice President for Global Engagement; Prof. Jeremy Simpson, College Principal & Dean of Science; Prof. Aifric O’Sullivan, Vice President (International), College of Health and Agricultural Sciences, and Associate Dean (International), School of Agriculture and Food Science; Shauna Hughes, Director for Global Relations, Partnerships & Mobility; Richard Emery, Director for Asia Pacific; and Christine Wong, Senior Partnerships Manager, Asia Pacific.
On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director, and Associate Professor Dr. Warangkana Srichamnong, Deputy Director for Collaboration Networks and Academic Services, Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, also joined in welcoming the delegation at Music Square, College of Music, Mahidol University, Salaya. The meeting included discussions on the existing academic collaboration between the Institute of Nutrition and UCD, with a view to strengthening and advancing future cooperation.
