Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nattapol Tangsuphoom from Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, and head of the UHT nutritional pudding development project, joined the launch of “NUTRI-CARE MANGO PUDDING” at THAIFEX – ANUGA ASIA 2025, held at Impact Exhibition Hall 10, Muang Thong Thani.

               On May 27, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nattapol Tangsuphoom from Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, and head of the UHT nutritional pudding development project, joined the launch of “NUTRI-CARE MANGO PUDDING” at THAIFEX – ANUGA ASIA 2025, held at Impact Exhibition Hall 10, Muang Thong Thani.

               This innovative product, made from surplus seasonal Thai mangoes, is designed to meet the nutritional needs of the elderly and those with chewing and swallowing difficulties. It reflects the commitment of Thai researchers to advancing food innovations that promote healthy aging and add value to local agriculture.
