The executives of the Institute of Nutrition welcomed the executives and lecturers from the Department of Food and Nutrition, Seoul National University on the occasion of the meeting to create academic and research cooperation between the two institutions.

               On February 20, 2025, the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of the Institute, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Warangkana Srichamnong, Deputy Director for Network and Academic Services, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Suwapat Kittibunchakul, Deputy Director for Academic Administration and Development, along with faculty members, welcomed a delegation from the Department of Food and Nutrition, Seoul National University.

               The meeting aimed to strengthen international academic and research collaborations between the two institutions. Both sides exchanged valuable insights and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Academic and Research to promote future joint research and academic exchanges.

               Additionally, the delegation toured the Institute’s facilities, including the Pilot Plant for Nutritional Food Production, Periodic Table of Food Initiative Laboratory, and Demonstration Kitchen, showcasing the Institute’s readiness to support future academic and research partnerships.
