Associate Professor Dr. Chaowanee Chupeerach, Deputy Director, Associate Professor Dr. Warangkana Srichamnong, Deputy Director for Collaborative Networks and Academic Services, Associate Professor Dr. Nattira On-nom, Head of the Food Science Unit, and Ms. Rungrat Chamchan, INMU staff, were invited to conduct a 2-day workshop in Thimphu, Bhutan, from December 23-26, 2024.
The workshop covered essential topics such as nutrient profiling, product development, packaging, shelf life, and processing technology. In addition, there were engaging cooking demonstrations where participants had the opportunity to learn practical applications of the techniques discussed. This event provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange, professional development, and hands-on experience in food science and technology.
