On December 13, 2024, Associate Professor Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, has been invited as a speaker on the topic of “Future food and gut health” at the Joint International Tropical Medicine Meeting 2024 (JITMM2024) at the Eastin Grand Hotel, Phayathai, Bangkok.
The meeting was organized by the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University, in collaboration with the Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, Mahidol Oxford Tropical Medicine Research Unit (MORU), and the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) TROPMED Network, from December 11-13, 2024, with an emphasis on knowledge about the latest advances and innovations for solving tropical diseases.
