On December 12, 2024, Associate Professor Dr. Chalat Santiwarangkna, Director of the Institute of Nutrition at Mahidol University, along with Assistant Professor Nattapol Tangsuphoom, Program Director of the Master of Science in Food Science for Nutrition (International Program), and Dr. Pradtana Tapanee, Program Director of the Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics (International Program), welcomed faculty members from the Food Technology for Medical and Health Program at Chulabhorn Royal Academy for an exchange of knowledge on teaching operations at the Aree Valyasevi Meeting Room. During this occasion, they also visited the Institute’s key infrastructure, including the GMP-standard prototype factory, the demonstration kitchen with an online broadcasting system (Live Streaming), and the Periodic Table of Food Initiative Asia Center of Excellence.
