On November 29, 2024, Prof. Piyamitr Sritara, MD, FRCP, President of Mahidol University, together with Assoc. Prof. Vivitta Ractham, Vice President for Corporate Communication and Branding, and Assoc. Prof. Chalat Santiwarangkna, Director of the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, joined a cooking session to prepare a special dish, “Southern Thai Spicy and Sour Yellow Curry with Grouper.” The event took place in the Demonstration Kitchen for Nutrition, a modern kitchen equipped with live-streaming technology, making it ideal for sharing knowledge about nutrition and health with audiences worldwide.
