               The Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU) is hosting an important workshop to develop a high-quality food composition database, which will contribute to improving global nutrition and health. The event will take place from November 18-20, 2024, at the Chyna Meeting Room, The Quarter Hualamphong by UHG, with Dr. Kunchit Judprasong serving as the project leader. On this occasion, Dr.Nachon Raethong, Assistant Director for International Relations at the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, delivered the welcoming address and officially opened the workshop.

               This workshop offers a special opportunity to collaborate with experts from around the world and jointly advance the knowledge of food composition to improve global nutrition and human health.
