Prof. Yuthana Udomphorn, M.D., Dean of College of Sports Science and Technology, Mahidol University to the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on collaborative research in human food and nutrition and food product prototype development

            On October 28, 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of the Institute of Nutrition, warmly welcomed Asst. Prof. Yuthana Udomphorn, M.D., Dean of College of Sports Science and Technology, Mahidol University to the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on collaborative research in human food and nutrition and food product prototype development between the Institute of Nutrition and College of Sports Science and Technology, Mahidol University. Additionally, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dunyaporn Trachootham and Asst. Prof. Dr.Alisa Nana, together with administrators and faculty members, participated as witnesses in the ceremony, which took place at the Aree Valyasevi Meeting Room, 2nd floor, Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, Salaya.

          This MoU aims to
               1) Promote and support human food and nutrition research for the purpose of registering novel foods, foods for special purposes, health claims, and other related certifications.
               2) Foster collaboration in food product development in order to conducting food and nutrition research in humans.
               3) Encourage collaboration in research and the exchange of academic information.
