Prof. Dr. Chotiros Plabplueng, Dean of the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University, and her team to the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on collaborative research in human food and nutrition and food product prototype development

             On September 30, 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of the Institute of Nutrition, warmly welcomed Asst. Prof. Dr. Chotiros Plabplueng, Dean of the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University, and her team to the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on collaborative research in human food and nutrition and food product prototype development between the Institute of Nutrition and the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University. Additionally, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dunyaporn Trachootham and Asst. Prof. Dr. Sumana Dakeng, together with administrators and faculty members, participated as witnesses in the ceremony, which took place at the Aree Valyasevi Meeting Room, 2nd floor, Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, Salaya.

              This MoU aims to 1) Promote and support human food and nutrition research for the purpose of registering novel foods, foods for special purposes, health claims, and other related certifications. 2) Foster collaboration in the analysis of biomarkers and food samples, as well as the development of food product prototypes. 3) Encourage collaboration in research and the exchange of academic information.
