On September 6, 2023, the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, organized a special lecture, The 2nd Professor Aree Memorial Lecture, “Food for the Future” by Prof. Dr. David Julian McClements from the Department of Food Science, University of Massachusetts. To increase knowledge in the development of research and innovation in food and nutrition on the occasion of remembrance of Dr. Aree Valyasevi (Emeritus), founder of the Institute of Nutrition via Zoom Meeting.
