The online Thai Food Composition Database (Thai FCD) is the most recent version (Version 3, August 2025). This version has been developed by integrating and revising data from the online Version 2 together with the printed editions of the Thai Food Composition Tables (FCTs) 2015 and 1999, published by the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU) – the Regional Food Data Centre of INFOODS.
