The online Thai Food Composition Database (Thai FCD) is the most recent version (Version 3, August 2025). This version has been developed by integrating and revising data from the online Version 2 together with the printed editions of the Thai Food Composition Tables (FCTs) 2015 and 1999, published by the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU) – the Regional Food Data Centre of INFOODS. This process ensures consistency, accuracy, and compliance with the FAO/INFOODS standards. The analysed food composition data included in the online Thai FCD comprise newly analysed data generated mainly by the Food Chemistry and Food Microbiology laboratories at INMU during 1997–2025. Both the newly generated data and the earlier data from Thai FCTs 1999 were aggregated and reviewed in accordance with the FAO/INFOODS Guidelines for Checking Food Composition Data Prior to the Publication of a User Table.
