The graduates are able to integrate multidisciplinary principles of health sciences, biological sciences, food sciences and nutrition in order to perform research about food safety by themselves. They are able to assess risk and safety of food or food products, ethically transfer the knowledge to people and apply the toxicological principles in management of food quality and safety to benefit
