This event, marking the countdown to INMU&#8217;s 50th anniversary in 2027, aimed to share food and nutrition knowledge for older adults. Participants learned from experts through both theory and hands-on practice, covering elderly nutrition guidelines, techniques to boost food value, and ways to change food textures to help with chewing and swallowing issues. Attendees also practiced modifying street food textures for everyday life, reflecting INMU&#8217;s goal to improve the quality of life for Thai elderly.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color:
