Prof. Dr. Nattapol Tangsuphoom, Faculty Member at Mahidol University International College, were invited by the Government of the Lao People\u2019s Democratic Republic to serve as advisors for the development of the National Nutrition Strategy (2026\u20132035) and the National Nutrition Action Plan (2026\u20132030). The consultation workshop was held at Lao Plaza Hotel, Vientiane Capital, during 10\u201311 November 2025.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The objective of the meeting was to set the direction for nutrition development in the Lao PDR, aiming to eliminate all forms of malnutrition and to achieve sustainable food and nutrition security. The discussions emphasized multisectoral collaboration at all levels, particularly at the community and local levels, as well as the importance of using evidence-based information and proven results as the foundation for policy formulation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The successful experiences of Thailand in nutrition development were cited as references and models for discussion, providing valuable guidance for advancing the implementation of the National Nutrition Strategy in the Lao
