Prof. Dr. Wantanee Kriengsinyos from Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University (INMU) was invited as a speaker at the 18th Thailand Congress of Nutrition, held from 6\u20137 October 2025 at BITEC Bangna, Bangkok.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0In her presentation, titled \u201cFrom Concept to Table: Applying NPS-M to Redesign Thai Cuisine for Better Health,\u201d Dr. Wantanee shared knowledge on how the NPS-M system can be applied to develop Thai dishes that strike a balance between nutritional value and authentic taste.
