Prof. Dr. Dunyaporn Trachootham, D.D.S., was invited to speak on <em>\u201cFrom Research to Registration: Regulatory Aspects of Health-related Food Products for Older Adults,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0where she shared insights into the regulatory challenges of bringing health-focused food products to market\u2014reflecting the Institute\u2019s drive to apply academic research to real-world health solutions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Also presenting at the event were Assoc.
