Prof. Dr. Chaowanee Chupeerach, Deputy Director and INMU staff, participated in the 56th Anniversary of Mahidol University\u2019s Royal Bestowal of its Name and the 137th Commemoration at Prince Mahidol Hall, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0On this occasion, Mahidol University organized the 13th Professor Kasan Jatikavanich Keynote Address on the topic &#8220;Nan Sandbox,&#8221; delivered by Mr. Banthoon Lamsam, Chairman Emeritus of Kasikornbank Public Co., Ltd., at the Grand Ballroom, Prince Mahidol Hall Conference Center, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0In the afternoon, an awards ceremony was held to honor Mahidol University personnel and alumni for the year 2024.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0This year, lecturers and researchers from the Institute of Nutrition who received awards in various categories included:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a01. Dr. Nilesh Prakash Nirmal, a researcher from the Food Science Unit, has been honored with the &#8220;Mahidol University Researcher of the Year 2025: High Impact Researcher in Science and Technology&#8221; award. The award was received on his behalf by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalat Santivarangkna, Director of the Institute of Nutrition.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nattira On-nom has been granted a petty patent for her innovation in \u201cBasil Chicken Fried Rice and its Production Process.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03. Ms. Rungrat Chamchan has been granted a petty patent for her innovation in \u201cPork Fried Rice and its Production Process.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04.
